Key Responsibilities:
✅ Building and maintaining relationships with existing key customers (Human Resources or Employer Branding roles) from various organisations in ASIA
✅ Overseeing the relationship with customers
✅ Resolving customer inquiries efficiently
✅ Keeping customers updated on the latest products
✅ Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
✅ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
✅ Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
✅ You are also required to leverage our existing resources to develop new business opportunities
✅ You are required to use Hubspot on a day to day basis
✅ Training will be provided
Skills and Qualification of an Ideal Candidate:
✅ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
✅ A bachelor’s degree in any field
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Proficient in all Google & Microsoft applications
✅ Superior product knowledge
✅ A team player with leadership skills
